Back to the 80's.......

Just travelling to the game and it got me thinking. I've paid £70 for my train from Doncaster, £52 for the match ticket and with a good drink it will probably take me to the £200 mark. I never mind paying to watch the blues but sometimes wonder if we would be better without the billions if roman?!! Maybe getting getting up at 7am to queue for a stoke ticket isn't all that great, maybe sitting next to a Dutch bloke in the shed upper against west brom isn't all that great, maybe £62, yes £62 to go to the silent emirates isn't all that great!!!! On the other hand maybe it would be nice to be sh*t again and be in league 1???!! Maybe to go back to paying on the day in the west stand and climbing those steep steps to sit in a wooden seat, maybe to go to an away game with not much hope of winning but just going away to have a day out with my pals and have a few beers, maybe Sc**thorpe away isn't so bad after all, maybe goong to the bridge with 15,000 hardcore fans there an not those who sit in the west upper whether to have afternoon tea at the savoy or not!!!!! Just putting that out there!! Anyway, back to reality and let's go to sh*tty easy London and drink lots and sing load!!! Up the blues

1984, £3 train fare, £3 to get in the shed, £1 for a program and £1 for sausage and chips with change at the one on the Fulham road. Only 15 so didn't drink, £8 job done. its £5.40 for a lager in the Cadogan these days! Enjoy the game Cfcstevens and watch out for those flying glasses.

Blame the central banks, they employ Keynesian economics, printing currency and causing inflation to enrich the banking cartels who borrow money from central banks at 0% interest then lend it to us at 5-15% interest, so when they pay back the loan to the central bank they keep the interest they squeezed out of workers and businesses, which is essentially money created out of thin air which goes into circulation and causes Chelsea FC ticket prices to rise indefinitely.

Not for the first time in my life, I feel mentally inferior!
