    Willian

Great performance yesterday from the team but for me Willian was man of the match. Worked so hard and the only reason Courtois got the call was so it made the Dippers feel better. Also willian brings in a great song!

Gordon Davis, good call backbiter. I thought Bobby Issacs but wasn't sure so opted for Murphy? Memory slowly fading!

Good go mate! I think the the one in the second row next to shearer is Terry howard? And at a guess the one between Wood and Jones is Jerry Murphy? Also thought next to Canoville was possibly Clive Wilson but i think he may of been a come a bit later?

I assume lots of fellas were like me in the mid 80s i'd often choose the away game over the home and couldn't afford to do both. Coventry away or Coventry at home no contest! All clubs have their glory hunters after they win a trophy especially those twats in red and isn't it great at work these days with their fans being so quiet for a change?

The next bands you are going to see?

Never seen bad manners but thats sounds a top gig. Hopefully they will come a bit closer to London/Essex then i'll def make the effort . I wouldnt want to pick my favourite, the whole scene was quality!

Great posts yet again Carshalton, that West ham game was quality I remember it well, we were singing "where's your famous ice cream firm". More of the same tomorrow we hope!

i'm with you on that Carshalton, it wasn't the smartest ground but to us it had character with a bunch of characters inside. We could start a whole new thread on the people we used to see around the ground and i'm not just talking about the ruckers, great place to be on a Saturday afternoon it was such a laugh it seems so more serious now!

Great pics Carshalton brings back some very fond memories. Back in the day me and my mates would automatically choose the shed or benches these days you just grab what stand you can get a ticket for, oh how I love progress.
