30m bare minimum. But I'd prefer to keep and get him on an intensive bulking program.

Great player and 23m is a disgraceful price. Wouldn't even think about selling for anything under 35m. Especially that its PSG so we should be thinking at least 40m. 

However I do have to say, if we end up getting the deal where 30m + Luis swap deal for Koke, then selling Oscar (for a GOOD price) would be the best thing to do.

A lot of the grass is always greener on this forum. A lot of these players we get rumoured with would come in and underwhelm, whilst oscar goes the other way and we realise the mistake. Wouldnt be the first time this happened.

I haven't watched that much of Koke, but the figures mentioned... £40m, £50m, £60m - is he really that good?

They always undervalue our players and then we end up getting a lot more for them, if Oscar goes I think we'd receive at least over £35m probably over £40m if you look at the money we received from Mata, I don't think we'll sell mind you.

No chance on earth anyone would pay 40 million quid for Oscar, he hasn't done much at all he is a 25 mil player 30 if you're generous and that's because he is Brazilian if he was Scottish he would get 15 mil

You say that, yet we sold Luiz for 50m to PSG haha, so you never know. Teams with a lot of money tend to always overpay for players like City and PSG, so if he does go PSG we can get a good price, but anything under 30m simply isn't worth it
