From what I know of Baba Rahman he's quite a dynamic player, excellent going forward, good crosser, high upside, hard working but has a tendency to roam out of position. Possibly better for use against weaker opponents as LB, with Azpi substituting against stronger opponents.   

Would definitely like to see him get a chance over Ivanovic at the moment. Gotta start giving the young members a legitimate shot. Baba should get a chance against Palace, see how he holds up against Zaha, early, tough test for him to see how he handles himself.
