You missed the point entirely. We simply make an enquiry if they would listen to offers. They will say no for sure but the media would run with the story. It would rock their boat regardless.

I dunno about that - But if the media runs the story that Chelsea make enquires about Marcus Rashford, Chelsea prefer Marcus to Bertrand Traore, Tammy Abraham etc - Think of how they will feel. That may motivate them to look elsewhere. 

 

I understand what you are trying to do but considering what we are risking - It is not worth it.
