ROMAN ABRAMOVICH has snubbed Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho again.

Red Rom smiled from the stands as his Blues grabbed a last-gasp 1-0 win at rock-bottom Watford on Saturday.

But he did not go into the dressing room to congratulate the team, staying in the stand to chat animatedly with chief executive Peter Kenyon, chairman Bruce Buck and director Eugene Tenenbaum.

Buck, Tenenbaum and Kenyon did then make their way to the dressing room to meet the players.

Chelsea sources insist the impromptu meeting was not about boss Mourinho?s future.

Hours earlier SunSport revealed how Abramovich wants to bring in Russia boss Guus Hiddink as general manager.

Mourinho and owner Abramovich have not spoken since Christmas and relations remain strained.

Chelsea insiders insist the pair will meet to discuss the manager?s future, even though Mourinho insists he will see out his contract until 2010.

But, for now, the status quo remains.

Mourinho said: ?For me it?s no problem. I didn?t get the chance to talk to him.

?He?s happy like everybody is happy and is feeling the same as everybody is feeling.?
