The book was published in 2006, so is pretty much up to date. It's undeniable that the game North of the border is dominated by the Old Firm. But even so that's pretty strong stuff "meaningless turkey shoots" ... "years of exploiting religeous sectarianism".

Fair comment or not?

He sounds very bitter, but then again he does have a point....
