Posted November 28, 200717 yr It was reported in the papers at the weekend Steve Clarke has had his wages increased from 300k per years to 800k per year, which reverts back to 300k in the summer. A rather strange deal which means the club are basically paying him 500k not to leave before the summer. Another ploy to keep the dressing room and the supporters happy? With his pay reverting back to the original agreement in the summer does this mean a new mans coming in to take over from Avi? Looks like we've just got Clarkey a 500k bonus either way - more than deserved IMO. Stevie Clarke's blue and white army..........
