I've slated him for every single mistake he's made (and there have been many), but today he gets full marks. Big game, correct subs, changed formation, at the right time. Still want him gone, preferably ASAP, but today Avi earned his praise. Well done, Avi - just what the team needed!

I didn't think he had it in him to change a game - but that is exactly what he did with his subsitutions.

Absolutely spot on - Essien into the middle immediately did what Lamps, Ballack and Maka hadn't done - dominate the midfield, and with Anelka up front, Drogba was freed to do what he does best.

Well done Avi, indeed. Maybe he will make more these game changing bold moves in the future as well. Hope his confindence is high now, I don't think it has been that high before.

Avi deserves the praise and so does the players. JT and Drogs were great! Who is going to replace Drogs if he leaves is the big question(again) I don't think anyone can...Hope he plays this well the rest of the season, we just might win something.
