Vahid Halilhodzic (Bosnia) becomes new Ivory Coast coach

You all remember Halilhodzic and the revolution he made at Lille (FRA) few years back!

Being a Bosnian myself, I am so happy with this appointment and now I have even more reasons to support Ivory Coast in the next World Cup (hopefully)...Because, I admit, Bosnia will probably never qualify for this competition!

Don't worry mate, give us a couple of years If it wasen't for the hooligans in Serbia, Croatia and some parts of Bosnia, they should put the stronger teams in one league. That way the developpement would be much easier, but even know with our crap leagues, we produce quality players, who play all over Europe. So, I believe hope is still there, as we have also a great number of managers within our ranks.

FYI...The highest paid footballer in the world at the moment is Bosnian...his name is Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The reason Zlatan doesn't play for his native country is our FA...corrupt and clueless. All they had to do (before he went to Ajax) was to phone him and ask him to play for Bosnian national team....They never did, but Sweden did!

Do you think Zlatan would've chosen Bosnia over Sweden had the FA made the call? I mean, he was born and raised in Sweden and no disrespect to Bosnian national team, but Sweden has much better chance of success on international level than Bosnia. Well...at least they pretty regularily play at the Euros and World Cup anyway.

Yes, he would have...he said it so years ago. For example, take Miralem Pjanic...the wonderkid who just signed for Lyon. He is eligible to play for France, but he is determined to play for Bosnia. These things are decided before you become a star like Zlatan is at the moment. The same goes for Barabarez and Salihamidzic...they decided to play for their native country before they became superstars!!
