^ Terry and Hazard missed out and if you bring back the loaned out players Lukaku and De Bruyne that bench wouldn't look so lightweight. But like I said the only players that we probably will sign will be back up players, like Schurrle won't get in over Hazard at his favoured left wing.

We won't need signings. Jose will bring in something that maybe has been lacking in the past few seasons and that is a consistent winning mentality. In recent years our seasons have turned sour throughout the 'middle' part of the season, mostly happening early November till January. Further to this our squad is a lot stronger than most think, the confidence and man management that Jose brings to players will give us that extra boost. I am sure we will see a much more efficient Torres and Ba (Jose has always brought the best out of his strikers; Drogba, Milito, McCarthy, Benzema etc.) and a back four that is solid. Not to mention Jose's home record as a manager, he will make the Bridge a fortress again. Stella signings aren't an issue, the only signings that will be made will be back-up players, our starting 11 is capable of winning the league. The youngsters out on loan should come in and be given the chance to show us their worth, even Essien to redeem himself. 'The Truth' under the rumours page LOL.

I agree with most of the sales, releases and loans. Although, as far as history goes our players normally go on the cheap. Sell Bertrand to buy Luke Shaw? Don't get me wrong Luke Shaw is a good player, but I don't see what is wrong with Bertrand. Most teams would be lucky to have a back up left back as good as him. Why would you buy Begovic for 14m? to sit on the bench, when we have a player, on loan, at Atletico Madrid who is putting in outstanding performances. Realistically, we only need 2 more additions. A no-nonsense defender to sure up the countless silly goals we have given away last season and a goalscorer. Ivanovic as much as I think he is an outstanding player he has been shaky in the center, Terry is getting on, Luiz is a far greater midfielder than center half. I think a player like; Hummels, Pepe, Ranocchia, Ogbonna, Garay, Papadopoulos < players that are powerful and passionate. We are crying out for a Carvalho-Terry partnership to make The Bridge a fortress again, ideally Cahill and Pepe. We need an out and out goalscorer who really wants to get into the box and rush in behind defenders, unlike Ba and Torres. It will take the pressure of the midfielders and defenders having to contribute most of the goals. Strikers like; Falcao, Cavani, Higuain, Bony, Yilmaz. Falcao would be perfect but it seems he is goin to France, a swap deal with Torres+cash is our best way of landing him. ^ I know most of these are ridiculously pricey players, but with a 100m warchest. Why not?
