I can't see Pep playing De Bruyne wide. I think he will play ahead of Gundogan and Fernandinho. Fernandinho doing the defensive work, Gundogan is the box to box player and De Bruyne the major goal threat. Sterling as the left attacking player although I think he's absolutely brutal and won't last long. Aguero the focal point and bring in someone on the right. I can't see players like Silva, Navas or Bony lasting long at City or fitting in with Pep's system.

Smalling against Bale is a disaster waiting to happen. Bale playing further forward is really bad news for England. Smalling tries too hard to be a sneaky Italian but only ever lets go of the opponents top when he's halfway to the ground. Red card waiting to happen against Bale.
