I think people put too much emphasis on a manager, look at Barcelona, Luis Enrique and Tito Vilanova both won La Liga titles there. Would we have ever considered either of them? no. I know Barca have a stupidly good team, but so did we on paper.. I think the most important thing to come out of this is that the players up there game under Hiddink and results will follow.

Gutted for jose, i think its the players at the end of the day but unfortunately when you lose the dressing room theres only one man who pays the price and that's the manager! If we get Hiddink in till the end of the season then look at Guardiola/Simeone on a permanent basis in the summer I wouldnt be too unhappy, i'd prefer Pep though!!

That's not a bad shout at all, completely forgot about Simeone, defiantly wouldn't mind him it's whether Atletico would let him go and the fact that he doesn't speak English could be a stumbling block. How many people would take Ancelotti back if Mourinho was to go? Harshly sacked by us a couple of years ago, harshly sacked by Real Madrid last year. Wouldn't be the worst choice in the world, best out of a bad bunch that's available at the minute. I was there last night and that first half attacking wise was one of the worst i've ever seen from Chelsea, we created absolutely nothing in open play. We didn't improve in the last 35 minutes, Leicester just took the foot of the pedal, If Leicester wasnt to score first we could still be playing now and we wouldn't have scored. The guy was a god send last year but this year he's been absolutely awful, he can't hold the ball up, he can't finish, he can't get in the right positions, we're playing with 10 men! and that's generous when you consider players like Oscar, Fabregas and Hazard who have brought absolutely nothing this season as well. I don't want Mourinho sacked, I think its 80% the players fault but unfortunately you can't sack the players now, if mourinho's lost then the players then what else can be done? I think he's lost the dressing room and I don't think Mourinho is the sort of guy to say sorry first. Oh and the 'jose mourinho' chants are getting quieter and quieter every game, I think it's clear that the majority of fans are losing patience with the special one.
