We can't expect Alonso to be challenging for MOTM in such distinguished company but, boy, is Conte getting the best out the squad now. When Willian is back, we'll be a very tidy outfit

Conte will always command respect from the players because he's been there and done it , as a player, a captain, and a manager. World class in all departments. Sorry, Jose, telling people to do what you've never done only gets you so far

Doubt if Rooney can still do that

We've used and tossed aside the best players and managers in the world, so it's time to admit that, for whatever reason, we've become an unmanageable shambles. The blame has to go upstairs somewhere. Roman has to stay out of the day to day running of the club or do the decent thing and hand over to someone else. I've no doubt Conte is being undermined by the usual suspects, and there is simply no future as things stand.

Hopefully Conte will have learnt a lot about PL from this.
