November 20, 20169 yr It was like when we played, United it was perfect timing due to their fixture schedule and this has come at a perfect time for us too. Spurs have an important CL fixture against Monaco in the week and already have their injury/suspension problems. Both their first choice and second choice LB are unavailable. Danny Rose is suspended. Ben Davies is injured which means they will have to put a make shift RB like Trippier in place most likely. Alderweireld is almost certainly ruled out judging by Poch's words. Lamela injured. Kane has scored in his last two PL appearances but imo still looks very rusty and whether 2 games in succession will take its toll on him remains to be seen. Hopefully so. Anyway in contrast we have our whole squad available, have a full week's rest and are at home where Spurs don't beat us. Hopefully we add more misery to their visit here. COYB!

These are my thoughts exactly. I am confident for this one. 2 - 0.
November 21, 20169 yr That 5-3 still hurts. Even though we got some revenge by finishing their title challenge, a proper drubbing is what I want. Also end their unbeaten streak. Come on Chelsea. Dont see the need to change things, specially since everything is working so well.
November 21, 20169 yr Hopefully we can smash them. I'm still angry over they're disgraceful behavior last season 6-0 for me Edited November 21, 20169 yr by Theafonis
November 21, 20169 yr Big derby game this, Spurs are unbeaten in the league. I'm quietly confident, we will nick this one. 2-1 to us Would go with the same line up
November 21, 20169 yr I know we say this every week now but this really is a big test. They'll be very dirty and aggressive and we need to match it without losing our heads. Really looking forward to this. Come on Chelsea.
November 21, 20169 yr I'm fairly confident of a win because 1) we'll be playing at home, 2) we don't have a midweek fixture and 3) they looked less than convincing against West Ham. Still, this Tottenham side appears to be quite resilient and so we can't be complacent.

November 21, 20169 yr Spurs are the only team that is unbeaten in the league, their run should be over no? We have to show our class, our super counter attacks and strong defence. Every player should give 150% of him for this game, and I believe we all will give 150% for this game. No changes needed, our team looks great. ----------------------------- Courtois ------------------------------- --- Azpilicueta -------- David Luiz ----------- Cahill -------------- Moses ------- Kante --------- Matic -------------- Marcos Alonso ---------------- Pedro --------------------- Hazard ------------------------- -------------------------- Diego Costa ------------------------------------- COME ON CHELS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
November 21, 20169 yr They will probably close us down a lot. I was still a bit worried with how we tried to pass it out all the time yesterday and got ourselves into trouble on several occasions. A better team would have punished us. So we need to be very careful with the ball around our own area.

November 21, 20169 yr Most recent home games-Leicester- 3-0United- 4-0Everton- 5-0Spurs- ???Didn't Danny Rose say that they were pumped for this fixture after last season?Too bad he has to miss it!
November 21, 20169 yr I don't think their fitness levels will suffer that much from the mid week game. in fact it might help them as their levels will already be higher from a competitive game. its not like they're travelling too far either, so they may well be fine when it comes to their fitness levels. whether they will be fitter than us is unknown. They will likely come to press us as hard as they can, so it will be interesting to see how we cope under the pressure they put on us. A lot of teams will have a plan to beat us, but whether it works or not is a different thing altogether.

I think being a derby adds a lot of fire to the fixture, which could end up with it being a tighter game than expected. I would be happy to keep a clean sheet and 3 points, so a tight 1-0 is fine, but not great for the blood pressure levels lol.
November 21, 20169 yr No changes for this one, they will be up for this after last season ,no doubt it will full blooded DIER to take an early bath. 2-0 still top of the league . BLUE IS THE COLOUR
November 21, 20169 yr Form wise we should run them over, tradition is also on our side with 26 years with no defeat at the Bridge. Stick to the same plan, and the boys will have 7 days rest with Cocks playing a midweek game against Monaco
