    Hi Richard,yes a group of us from Hayes used to jump on a coach that started from Orpington I think, sat in the benches for a few seasons until we decided to remove them in a lively midweek game ! Travelled up to city on one of the party coaches and ended up at some hotel with Bates and more importantly Mick Greenaway. The best season ever!

    Leeds at home in 84? Mark Stratton from Hayes holding our Chelsea going up flag we took down to Pompey then up to city on the Friday night, I am a little further down with my best white Pringle sweater on,35 years ago! Happy days!
