I believe next year the whole squad will be a year older, so we need some signings, specially in the middle, as we can see that when Essien is not there is badly missed. Lampard cant take control of the games, Ballack either, Mikel slows down the pace, that doesnt mean he is not good enough but yesterday showed that with Mikel we cant do it when the opossition closes down as Inter did, no leaving spaces, we were not able to increase the pace of the game and as a consequence unable to create clear chances. That was the key of the game, the only option left was to send balls to Drogba who didnt have the best game. Lucio and his partner kicked him all time and never let him play his game. Ashley Cole on his form would have help to the cause but he was injured and Zhirkov needs match fitness, he just played 10 min against west ham before yesterday game. Anelka, I become to be dislike sometimes this lad, the stops the game, yesterday during the second half he was annonymus, he didnt help didier, he didnt help the team. Now lets focus on the other two competitions League and Fa Cup and lets start to see possible signings for next season. who would I buy?, well I fancy Torres with Drogba up front or, Aguero and Drogba. I also think that David Silva would be great adquisition to the club, in the middle. David Luiz from Benfica would be good too, he is a left central defender and also play left back, in case Ashley Cole wants to move and Madrid wants to pay the money. I believe this youngsters, Kakuta specially should play more games next season, I believe from what I have seen of Joe Cole he should go or stay with what we offer to him, but no way he is worth 120 a week. Maybe a new right back, more ofensive although i have to see that I am pleased with Ivanovic and Bosingwa. But for sure we have to buy 4 to 5 players and refresh this squad. Lamps and Ballack specially ballack next season should be on the bench. We need more creativity on the midfield thats for sure. At least in my opinion. Maybe this kid, Angel Di Maria would be another great signing to the squad, so we could play with him on the left and malouda on the right.

Hello everyone, I would like to know your opinion on the referees against Chelsea in the Champions League. In my opinion we were not robbed yesterday but in both legs( away and home), there were 4 clear situations for penalties, none of them given, it is not a surprise after all. Yesterday night for example there are 2 actions inside Inter penalty box that are very clear, against Ivanovic and drogba. We can discuss on the malouda one, but the other 2 are in my opinion very clear, the referee was 5 yards away and he said stand up nothing happened. We are very unlucky with the referees in Europe. To win the Champions League, you need some luck on your side, something we dont have. Mourinho spoke about history of frustration after the game, how clever he is, he mentioned all but what happened during this tie. He didnt mention about tonight appeals for penalty and also Italy. I believe, have chelsea had the whole squad fit, no matter what mourinho made, we would go through, now take it like this, a weakened chelsea side, plus referees decisions plus poor performance from some of our players, and we are out again of this competition. I believe this has shown that Chelsea need some signings specially in the middle during this summer, player such as Ballack, Lampard, Anelka, specially this three performed very poor, very quite match from them. When I look at Lampard I see a player who is consider the star or one of the stars at Chelsea, but in the last two seasons, specially in Champions League he did not perform as we expect from him. Same for Ballack tonight, he did nothing, same for anelka, same for Joe Cole, look Joe, you should have a look at your performances before ask a pay rise!. Drogba once again sent off, however he tried very hard during the whole night, he was kicked time and time again, and at the end he lost his head again. But he shouldnt be treated as a vilan in fact he is being so far one of the reasons why we are at the top of the table. I missed Essien a lot yesterday, what a player he is, how he commands in midfield, his distribution his tackles, he is an unbelievable player for us. Mikel is good but sometimes he is too slow, like yesterday.
