I want you to post the bit where he says that salah has 3 options. liverpool, his preferred destination (and he did "everything he could to come here", other than successfully negotiate a deal with chelsea in "less than 24 hours", no foot dragging, no waiting for liverpool to make another bid, no staying put until the summer...but "everything" other than, well, anything), man utd, his second most favoured destination (!) and chelsea, where he "doesn't want to go, full stop"...but he somehow ended up "less than 24 hours" after we made a bid. for a start...only a liverpool fan would say that. i mean...really? that's the order? real itks don't post parts of a facebook fanpage as if they were fact btw. so maybe you could look at that bit too mr lawyer man (lot of "lawyers" on the internet, most of them incredibly stupid, glad to see you are living up to that). he didn't even start the speculation, which is great for an itk...others were itk about the deal before him, although they clearly just read it in the press. which should really raise some suspicion really. he also got the fee wrong and consistently changed what it was (first the deal was "close" at "almost £12m" in december,which is more than we offered, which itself was, according to him, more than basle asked for or liverpool offered, even though chelsea only outbid liverpool by a million according to him at one point....even though it was actually a couple of million in an earlier post...and in fact liverpool had offered "much different...more than £9m" in the bits you quoted as being on the 2nd of jan...although basel had only asked for £8m according to him later on and it was only "£5m" and a "lowball" on the 9th...what kind of itk doesn't know the stuff he is itk about? it is confused as f**k. the guy is so obviously making it up as he goes along it's unreal). as for the rest of that sh*t you posted...if you believe that he was really talking to salah you need your f**king head looked at. there is no detail there...just bullsh*t. wrong. i googled him. his name is y2j (i presume after the wrestler, so likely a kid). he made tons of posts saying nothing else but "saleh is close" and giving nothing else away. before that, he was swinging on salah's nuts cos they were "countrymen" (not the best mates they later became after he got linked to them) and saying liverpool should sign him. then when he was wrong he did a big long post about why he wasn't really wrong, despite making loads of posts saying it was gonna happen after they had been linked with him. and that post (repeated here) reeks of phoney itk bullsh*t. you wanna believe it as gospel? fair enough. but you gotta respect others right not to. sh*t...if i went into the zouma thread and kept going "it's close, i know, i couldn't be closer to zouma" and regurgitating known facts that have been in the press, you wouldn't believe it...if you did you'd be retarded. if he then signed for someone else and i did a big long post about why i hadn't been wrong, blaming everyone else and you believed that? christ...i don't even know. you probably would. because you took a conversation about one specific itk and asked a question about whether any itk should be trusted. kinda ignored what i actually said to do it too. hence "tangential".

yeah...from what i can gather he'd been going on about how they were "definitely going to sign salah...i'm very close to this one and i know what's going on" probably based on the speculation in the press. then when he was wrong he invented a load of bullsh*t about why he was wrong. it was the board. it was chelsea. it was agents. basle forced him. i wasn't wrong...i'm itk. seriously man, you see that bullsh*t all the time. remember the man city itks who were saying that hazard had definitely signed? then he turns around and comes here and they were saying the exact same things as this guy. sorry if me doubting itk posters on football forums bothers you.

maybe he could do that, and would do that if the other options were weaker...but he just thinks the other players for that role are better at what he wants. i love juan, but the players starting in front of him deserve to be starting in front of him based on their performances this season. obviously we'd have a stronger squad if he stuck around, but if he wants to go and we can get top dollar then it is somewhat understandable (even if i don't agree with selling him).

"proof"? like i'm gonna have video evidence of him asking to leave? i don't have "proof" that lukaku or kdb asked to leave either, but i'm pretty sure they did. if he leaves, the only reason would be that he asked to (as per jose's comments on the subject). i imagine that would be down to a lack of game time, given his reaction to being subbed off at southampton which was a perfect illustration of his obvious (& understandable) frustration. tbh even if he doesn't leave then it's still pretty obvious that his agent has been hawking him around all the top clubs to see if there are any bites, given that jose has said he doesn't want to sell (and would be very foolish to intentionally weaken his squad when we are still competing for 3 major trophies) and this interest isn't coming from nowhere.

zola was also satisfied with sitting on the bench, being back-up to eidur and jimmy for a few years. he kept his head down and worked hard and tried to take his chance when he got it (becoming first choice again in his final season). mata is agitating for a move after being in that position for a few months. loyalty in football is overstated; there are very few players who wouldn't take the money and run in the right circumstances. imo zola is one of those few. mata isn't, but you can't really hold that against him. even if he does leave for utd he will get a good reception on his return.

yup. he was known as being pretty poor on crosses and generally un-commanding in la liga, his reputation was of being an excellent shot-stopper first and foremost. courtois is a completely different kettle of fish, who is considered exceptional in terms of commanding his area, easily the best in la liga. he will have no problems adapting to the prem, if/when it happens.
