As I sit here watching this, lamenting our so far mediocre at best performance the following has struck me. As a mid 50’s slightly rounder than I’d like engineer, looking forward to this all day my opinions are far less important than the managers clearly. That said and done, I’m sure we all know how these games can pan out. Lower league magic of the cup Hollywood story in the making. You can’t give them an inch, don’t give them a sniff, don’t give the ref any chance to influence things. Batter the c**ts early and then make your changes. But what do I know (other than 40+ years of watching the FA Cup) I’ll go into work on Monday and still be an engineer, although a small point. If I applied the same logic at my work as these bellends I’d be out on my ear. It’s not a rant more an observation. KTBFFH
