After lastnights performance. He really needs to go out on loan and get some playing time. Everything about him looked average to poor. He couldn't even control the ball, it just bounced off him and he made no effort to move or make a chance for himself. Tbh he just looks out of his depth at the moment.

Hasn't he got 4years left on his contract, This just sounds like rubbish from his agent to try and improve his deal.

This all stinks of the modric/tottenham scenario again. Decent playr wants to leave rubbish club so rubbish club sets massive valuation and see Chelsea coming so adds 10mil. The lad clearly wants to eave but all these player we are interested in are exactly the same???? I think the lad won't get a guaranteed start and that is a lot of money for a bench warmer

I think it makes perfect sense for Chelsea as well, last thing you want to do is complete a signing on a player that may well get injured before hand plus if the rumours are true about cesar apzili-whatever? Then going by what he said, he won't be signing till after the Olympics...and same with Cavani but I doubt we are interested. I still reckon it will go a head as you don't get to the point of swapping medical documents with other clubs if you haven't got something in place. People need to chill, if he comes then great and if he doesn't I am sure they have someone else in mind
