Anxiety Attacks ?

I see what you mean..no way would JT put one over the bar from that distance.

Read the title, anxiety attacks, this is the excuse they give us for our desperate form ?

There seems to be a little anxiety with the lads when the goal doesn't come early on,' Wilkins said.
We created a lot of chances but unfortunately have not been able to put the ball into the back of the net.

Just be honest, we didnt deserve to win, Hull created more quality chances than we did. The manager has made some mistakes with the subs.

What do you mean by Just be honest? if you had read any of my posts I have probably said in every one that I thought the Subs were wrong yesterday.

I don't think Hull deserved to win at all, we were the better team first half, I think a draw was a fair result on the day, unless we think about the handball.

Scolaris bad subs wouldn't make me post things and rip into everything I can find that might sound like an excuse, I agree with Wilkins as it happens as I think the players are anxiety ridden until they get ahead,

all managers make mistakes.

All owners make mistakes too. Perhaps Abramovich's was his most recent appointment?

Or the sacking of the three previous

But to "get ahead" you have to shoot at the goal, ask Lofty how many shots on goal we have had recently, I know for a fact he has personally counted them all on his 2 hands, and he still manages to hold a pint.

Anxiety from not scoring early on ? Absolute bollocks if ever I heard any !

I know without having to ask Lofty how many shots at goal we have and it is a concern, what you think is Absoloute bollocks is what I think is a fair point.

in all sports anxiety creeps in if things are not going your way, we have gone on to win well after scoring early and settling nerves and we have looked more nervy as the games gone on when we haven't to me that is a bit of anxiety.

although Wilkins Job seems to be as a face for the media and nothing else I doubt its written into his contract to talk absoloute bollocks and although he undoubtably does at times this particular time I feel he just stated the obvious.
