His old man coke fixer story was set up by reporters, and the training ground tour visitors were journalists pretending to be businessmen. Why target him? Its one thing after another. In about 5 yrs the only controversy was Ash and Sven and Young Leeds lads tapping up stories and a few Jose bollockings. This yr we've had Ash's personal life all over the rags, Lamps being abused on the radio, JTs family gettin done for everything, Roman dragged through the mud, Drog ban, transfer ban and now this. They've targeted JT about 5 times... His mum, dad, image rights, him leaving during the summer and now this. When Gerrard was getting done, half the papers dragged up sh*t about the guy he assaulted. I dont mind stories coming up but the favouritism towards anybody but us takes the piss. Most newspapers, pundits, Sky sports, itv, you name them, they're pretty much all against us. 4 points clear and they still reckon we're in a crisis. Just got too do our talking on the pitch. Talking of which, Nico is likely to be out till the new yr. Also Drog and co can be called up 2wks before African nations, so Brum might be there last game.
