Another Isley leaves us - Marvin from the younger Isley - Jasper - Isley trio (Jasper was a brother-in-law), who joined their older brothers, the original Isley Brothers, to record the wonderful 3 +3 album (That Lady, Summer Breeze) back in the 70s followed too many great tracks to list here.

Sadly that band in the sky gets better everyday - now joined by a great bass player.

I was truly surprised at how young he was - only 56!

Three + Three is one of the most splendid albums, one of my very favourites and one of onle a select few albums that I can truly say does not have a track on it that isn't great!

RIP Isley!
