Whyever would you buy a 23 year old just to loan him back. 23 year olds have to be able to cut it either in the first eleven or as back up.

Would be a stupid deal. Not only do I not see the point to sign a 23 year old just to loan him back. As Goose says, at that age they should be in the race for a place in the starting eleven or close to it.

I also don't think Candreva is good enough for Chelsea. He was good for Juventus last season, but I doubt he would get into their team this season. And to be honest, if a player can't make it into Juve, they can't make it into Chelsea.

He might become good enough in the future, but I'm not so sure. Would be much better to go for a young talent instead and then it would also make much more sense to send him on loan. What was that guys name.....Ney something I think..... :rolleyes:
