June 22, 201113 yr It's pretty easy mate, just keep an eye on the website for release dates for each game then it's first come first served, most home games are not too difficult to get tickets for.

It depends when you go really. Looking at the fixture list, if you were to go in say... August or September, I reckon you should be okay getting home tickets, any home game bar Spurs, Arsenal, United and Liverpool should be pretty easy to get tickets for as long as you get up fairly early-ish. Away games are very difficult to get tickets for, particularly London+Midland aways and obviously the likes of Liverpool, United and City as well. Good luck anyway, if our home games had half as much as atmosphere as Ibrox does for Old Firm we'd be in for a real treat. Really hope Rangers get the SPL next year, can't stand Lennon and I hate Celtic :-)
June 22, 201113 yr I've never been a member before, always used my dads mate for tickets. So if I become a member, how many tickets am I entitled to? obviously for the biggest games I expect it's just one per member, but how about the lesser games? Reason I ask is, I've got two mates who want to come to games with me.
June 22, 201113 yr 1 ticket per member I think it is? That's a shame, might have to stick to my dads mate, or general sale. Suppose it wouldn't hurt them to become members as well though.

Also if you can do it online do you need to pre-register?. ps i hate celt*c and lemmon too , he has taken scottish football back 20 years!

You can usually do it online from 7am on the day the tickets go on sale mate. You log on by using the number on your membership card. Alternatively you can ring the box office which usually opens at 9am. For away games it's a bit of a scramble in the morning. They sell so many via either outlet. For home games other than the big games, you usually have plenty of time to snap up a ticket. Sometimes it's a matter of hours, sometimes a matter of days before they sellout and on some occasions it's goes to the next selling process which is that members can buy another 2 tickets and finally on rare occasions they go on general sale at 4 tickets per person. Note: Also the big games are often sold on a loyalty points basis.

Scooby Blue has beaten me to it, only thing I would add is that sometimes the online ticketing system can get busy so you may have to wait a while, sometimes it can take 30 mins, sometimes it can take 3 minutes, it's really inconsistent. As long as Rangers can make sure Lennon doesn't get his grubby hands on the SPL you'll make many in this half of London very happy :)

I cant bare the thought of him lifting our trophy WATP.
June 24, 201113 yr I'm also going to be a first time member and I am hoping to return to Stamford Bridge for the second time from Chicago. What you're basically saying is I have next to no chance of getting tickets for getting an home ticket for Arsenal and probably even more unlikely to get an Away ticket for QPR? That was one week I had my eye on. What do you think my chances are for securing tickets for both Home to Sunderland & Away to Norwich...or...Home to Bolton and away to West Brom? I'd really like to experience an away trip without having to take a train all the way to Wigan.

It's not just the train that would be the problem there, mate, it's also the fact that you'd have to spend time in Wigan and nobody should have to do that.

I'd say you are orobably more likely to get tickets for QPR away as that probably won't go on loyalty points. I'd say with your chances are 50/50 with QPR and probably 40/60 with an Arsenal ticket. As it's early on in the season you are more likely to get a ticket. It will be games like United and Spurs in the 2nd half of the season that you won't have a chance of getting.
June 27, 201113 yr I'm thinking about signing my son up as well, if I get a membership for him, when I get a ticket for me, is it possible that the ticket I got for him will be next to me? I'm sure it is, just can't find anything on the official site about this. Thanks guys, sorry, I know I probably sound like I've never been to a match before, but I've always got tickets via my dads mate.
June 27, 201113 yr As far as I know you can make sure you sit next to each other by linking the two memberships through what's called 'Friends and Family'. Once you've logged in as a member there will be an option to click on at the top of the page. Simply follow the instructions from there mate.

June 27, 201113 yr Another question...... I want to take my son to the Pompey game, however what are the chances I can sign up as a member tonight, and be able to apply for two tickets on Wednesday? Is the membership instant, as soon as you pay? I can't see anything about if the game goes on general sale, if it does I'll just do that.

No worries with the info mate, not sure about this question though. I think it takes 48 hours for a new membership to go through, or atleast it used too. Then again it might be 'up to' 48 hours. Only way to find out is by getting your membership(s) sorted asap and see what it says. Not sure when the cards are actually sent out, but you should receive your membership numbers via email. I haven't seen any info about the game going on general sale either. If you can sit on your hands for 90 minutes then you could always sit in the Pompey end. Tickets: LINK
June 28, 201113 yr Ace, just done it, however when it came to the safe click part (where you confirm your payment), it crashed. So I'm not sure if it's gone through or not, complete nightmare, and I can't see any numbers I can call........So I'm going to have to give my bank a call to see if it went through.
June 29, 201113 yr Right, all sorted. Finally let me purchase tickets today, so I've got one for myself and for my little lad. When do I get access to Chelsea TV? I opted for the digital membership. Thanks again all, I'm sorry that I've kept on, it's just the official websie really does lack a lot when it comes to help. While I was browsing it yesterday, a banner came up advertising the 2007 League Cup Final shirt :o
June 29, 201113 yr Nice one mate! Glad everything has worked out for you. I'm waiting to see what the crack is with the digital membership as I went for that option this year as well. Guess there'll be some info when they send the membership packs out. They start sending them out on Friday I believe, so we should know by next week.
June 29, 201113 yr Hi guys, I also went for the digital membership this year and didn't hear anything about the CTVO user name so I contacted them via this I told them I recently brought the membership also put my chelsea membership number in it, Few hours later got a reply with the user name and password for CTVO. So If you don't hear anything I recommend contacting them.
