Since the death of the sobar can any regulars let me know where to go for songs and atmosphere post game and any decent pubs to watch games in?

One can have a shout at the IMPERIAL...The FOX on a fine weather day is good too..(but) unfortunately there is nothing that i would consider close to being like the SO BAR.....We were spoilt with that place for its atmosphere AND LOCATION....I use the Imperial for its singing but not being able to see any oppos takes the edge off of it for me....If you just wanna sing loud and meet the HAIR HUNTERS, well then Imperial for you...Sunny day ? maybe the fox...TV to watch games....Dunno....

Give up drinking. There will be nowhere left in a few years as they eliminate all our drinkers.Everything will be stupid themed pubs and coffee shops that hate us.

Fox and Pheasant for me too, like has been said, only when weather allows.

The imperial is the best pub for singing since the so bar is no more I have found.

As previously said nothing will ever quite replicate the so as that was the perfect all round pub for a matchday- location, style and what you could get away with in there is impossible to match.
