According to the official website , membership details for the 2013/2014 season will be released at the end of this month.

 

I paid £36 for 'Trueblue'  (adult) membership last season, which gives you priority access to tickets and the Chelsea FC mag delivered to your door each month. Depends on what 'level' of membership you want. Basic membership is less than £30 from what i remember.
