Need help with tickets whilst travelling.

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I'm travelling around the world and have managed to line up the dates so that I am in London for the Fulham game at the Bridge. I have no clue on how to get tickets. I managed to find a trustworthy agent in Japan who bought me tickets for the Club World Cup and was wondering if there was anything similar in the UK? Or if anyone here is interested in selling one?

I'd be grateful for any help

I've no idea how much an agent might charge you but it might be easier to just buy international membership for £30 and then be able to buy the ticket yourself on 12 August when they go on sale to members?  Haven't looked into it properly so you'd have to check, but on the face of it that might be simplest (though not necessarily the cheapest, it would work out at about £80 in total).  It's difficult to know how quickly the tickets will go - it's the first home game at a weekend after the Hull one which sold out extremely quickly.  In other words only the second weekend Jose home game.  So it may even work out cheaper if an agent hikes the price because of low supply?  And at least it would be in your hands to book.

Good luck.

If you get a membership, you also get immediately signed up to the 'viagogo' ticket exchange, and you could potentially buy a ticket (at an extra 20 odd quid) off another member who can't make the game.

Thanks all.

I signed up for a international membership but regarding the ticket, does it come as an e-ticket? Or do they actually send out a physical piece of paper? I leave on the 19th of August and the tickets go on sale on the 12th so it's safe to presume I won't be home if they are delivered.

It's a physical ticket but I'm sure you could arrange pick it up on the day.  Is there anything in the FAQ on the website?  If not, drop them an email.  I've had two occasions to ask them questions and I must say they have excellent customer service - both times I received a (non-standard, written by a real person!) reply within a day.
