Only a few Fulham tickets left and Everton selling well too.... I still don't get the theory that we're all gloryhunters and have shocking support. Indeed... We do get a fair number of tourists at home games but we still have a large core support. I honestly believe at home we are ok... Nothing special. However we have one of the best away supports in the country.

 

I'm going to the Hull game, United away and Prague... Buzzing for all of them especially United which is going to be awesome. The feel good factor is back and it's gunna be a cracking season. 

 

Our away support is top notch without a doubt. Stamford Bridge unfortunately remains...meh although Man United at home last season (league) was incredible. Don't think you can blame the tourists. We're a worldwide brand after all and I welcome their money.

Agree, our home support is okay for normal games and pretty good for the bigger games, which is par for the course for most of the bigger clubs, i.e united, spurs, Liverpool. Exceptions being City and Arsenal where their home support is shocking! Away from home our travelling support can be up there with the best. After we went to saints in the cup last season I glanced at one of their forums to see what they said about our support that day as I thought we were very good. Their fans said we were very good and that when us and united come to town our fans were not the usual funny hat, face painted and wig brigade that come to st marys ( you know the ones, like that zoom who rings the bell at pompey games) but mostly lads having a beer and a good laugh.
