  1. Might as well be blunt and to the point with my thoughts... This "Super League" is an absolute disgrace and an absolute betrayal to every single supporter of those 12 clubs as well as those that have passed away. Even if we do end up continuing to play in domestic competitions, I hope the Premier League grow a pair of bollocks and sanction all 6 one way or another. Greedy bastards the lot of them.
  2. Why? I want us to absolutely batter this lot. We're only in 3 competitions so we'd may as well go full throttle for all 3!
  3. Agreed 5k there should be quality. Really looking forward to it. Not many places in Stoke in fact it's probably the worst for boozing. May have to head to that Sports complex 5 min walk away
  4. Expecting a really tough game. Taken a lot of interest into Leicester this season and they're a better side than their league position shows. Been very unlucky in numerous matches. They're in the form of their season and in need of points so it'll be a challenge. Add to that the fact that they hate us so the atmosphere (from both sets of fans) is going to be something else so be even tougher but can't wait for it! Reckon Leicester 1-2 Chelsea.
  5. Top result. Leicester is going to be a class trip on Wednesday. 'Boring boring Chelsea'. Having one shot on target in two whole games against us this season is boring you bitter twats! Champions.
  6. Drogba is fit for Sunday so expect him to play up top. Thought he did well against United personally and his record against Arsenal is legendary!
  7. Would love to win at Arsenal. Not only to get one over them but to give us the chance to win the title at Leicester. Would be one of the best away trips anyone has had if we can win it there.
  8. 1. Hopefully top of the pile! We have the easier fixtures but City are a great side so will make it tough. Possibly a midtable finish of 11th with a new manager. If you make some good signings etc then next season could be a good one for you. 2. I think it would be interesting were we to activate his release clause but at the end of the day I don't think we will and he'll stay at Barca. 3. Yes due to our fixture list. We only have to go to Arsenal of the bigger sides. I reckon 2. The League and the Capital One Cup. Would love the FA Cup too but not too sure and with the Champions League Real Madrid will take some stopping! 4. One of the best players in the world. I'd rather have him for the rest of his career with us than sign Messi personally. Defenders struggle massively against him. He's got the skills that Zola possessed at the Bridge and the way he eases past opponents is sensational. 5. Alan Shearer. Without sucking up to you Toon fans he was a world class striker and he comes across as a really really nice guy. Some of the goals he scored in the black and white shirt were brilliant. Fernando Torres esque! Well... Gary Neville as well simply because when we had lunch, I reckon I could talk to him for hours on end. A proper nice guy who knows his stuff. 6. Erm possibly a winger. Marco Reus would be class even though he's injured but to bring him in for the future seasons would make us one of the most feared attacking line ups in the world if it isn't already! Maybe a central defender but tbh I think we're fine. 7. Chocolate digestive. Because everyone loves us really haha. 8. I think he's a top top player. I love Didier and he has made an impact in some games but I'd prefer to give Remy more game time. Keep him happy and in form and he can be lethal. His movement is world class and he has a great shot on him. 9. Well... you bar stewards are a problem when we play you at your place! No idea what it is but we just don't turn up! You've had a limited amount of good games this season. What a shock that one of those was against us! I think there is a problem in the way that the problem is Ashley. He's in it for the money imo and that's the main thing though he played a blinder selling the naming rights of your ground, only to then make the fans vaguely happy again by selling the rights again but back to St James' Park! You're a club which hasn't performed too well of late but has potential. 10. Sorry to say but we're quite good against you at home... 3-1 to Chelsea.
  9. I got in the waiting room at 6.40. Had loads of tabs on my computer and a few on my iphone. One on my iphone got me through and it's usually my iphone which gets through the quickest!
  10. Tbh the system has been ok this season. But not doing this one on points was stupid. Loads who have done nearly all aways have missed out. I've done every away so had I missed out I'd have been raging!
  11. Sold out in 20 mins to season ticket holders. Just managed to get mine! Plastics...
  12. We get Everton away, Man City away, Man United away, Liverpool away early on and Spurs away is done on New Years Day. We're good at home against the top sides. It's like Liverpool's fixture list last season and look how they did with momentum. Think it's fine.
  13. I'm sorry but that part is nonsense. There are a couple of cup games where tickets are cheaper but all others are very expensive. We get charged the premium for every away game. £50 for Norwich, Fulham, West Ham. £45 for Palace etc. We should do a tour and a few pre seasons in england personally as people who have been priced out of the club can get to them as well.
  14. Yeah Wycombe have done it their way. It means that instead of all tickets going at once they'll sell gradually up to the day of the game. I'd estimate about 300 have been sold in our end in the first 24 hours which is pretty good going given no one really knows that tickets are on sale!
  15. Not yet. To be honest this Wycombe ticket news is much earlier than most expected!
  16. We've been given the usual away end and one running alongside the pitch. That's our official allocation so says the Wycombe site! Went for the usual away stand too... Block B
  17. Yeah it's only a tenner for me... All sorted nice and easy. Will sell out closer to the time no doubt
  18. Wycombe away on sale: http://www.chelseafc.com/news-article/article/3850246/title/wycombe-tickets-on-sale-now
  19. Was only here for a handful of games last season... Home would say PSG from what I heard but Gala in that second half sounded superb. Managed 8 aways... City in the league. Was just amazing really. Constant noise from our lot and absolute jubilation in the end. Was right next to the mouthy City fans as well! Southampton was also a great atmosphere.
  20. I think for Wycombe their away end holds 2000 but we should get more in the next door stand so about 2500. For AFC Wimbledon the allocation is normally 700 but hopefully we'll get some in the standing bit as well taking it up to about 1000.
  21. I'm 15 minutes from Wycombe so suits me to a tee! Will also do the Wimbledon one...
  22. "On your feet on your feet Steven Gerrard, on your feet on your feet I say, on your feet on your feet Steven Gerrard, and you're gunna win the league in May. But you slipped but you slipped Steven Gerrard, and you gave Demba Ba the ball, and he scored and you cried Steven Gerrard, and in May you've gone and won f**k all!"
  23. It's not at all. It's a mixture. Obviously tourists that don't have a clue don't help but Brits with money who only go for the experience and cant't decide whether they support Chelsea or Arsenal don't either! Either way many proper fans have been priced out. Sad but true.
  24. Take Jagielka as well... He only got really noticed at about 25 years old and now I'd say he's pretty decent and lots of big clubs were after him a couple of seasons ago. We need to keep up our home grown players and Caulker isn't a bad shout imo to fill a gap.
  25. Agree and disagree. Agree that the atmosphere isn't too bad because they hardly ever get to see Chelsea play live in their country so make the most of it... But no point in saying that fans in the Bridge aren't as passionate either because I can assure you... They are. And even more so at away games where we have one of the best away supports in the country.
