Membership help

Featured Replies

This season is my first season with a membership and I'm trying to buy tickets for my dad and a friend for the Basel game, but it says that I need to add them into my friends and family list, however, they are not members. Is there any way to buy tickets for them without them being members? I have a feeling that it may just be because members cannot buy two extra tickets for this game until tomorrow but I'm not sure how to work the menus really, because I can't even figure out how to get one for myself.

More simply, can I buy tickets for non-members?

Thanks in advance.

No.  It's members only at the mo - one membership one ticket.  Then it's one membership plus one.  Then general sale - when you can buy more.  That's the first stage you'l be able to buy three tickets.

Alright, thanks. On the website it says: 'Friday 6 September until 4pm: Season ticket holders and members can purchase an extra two tickets (maximum of three in total).'

Can these two extra tickets be non-members then or not?

Yeah sorry I hadn't looked at the particular conditions for that match - usually it's 1 + 1 but for this it's 1 + 2. So, yes, at that stage it's 1 + 2 whereas before that it's only linked members can buy for each other.  And it is 1 plus any 2 - not members, you should be ok to buy for anyone.
