Recently become a member to get first dibs on the tickets and the £5 discount, went to buy a ticket for the CP game but the game is already sold out for memebers..

 

Should I ring up to book on at 9am when the office opens for the Arsenal game? As I want good seats for the games im goign to also, so like to ask what seats are avaible over the phone rather then keep refreshing the page online to generate new seats.

 

Also how many tickets get allocateds to members and how do you go about getting the tickets before they sell out?

Games usually sell out on the day they go on sale - often in minutes rather than hours.   You need to get online as soon as they go on sale - usually 7 in the morning. 

 

The Arsenal game will probably need loyalty points to buy so you may lose out.   All games against the big opposition usually need loyalty points to buy - so you may have to accept going to some games against smaller opposition first to build up your points - these also attract more points, even more so for CL group stages - so if you get a ticket against one of the big teams you only get 1 loyalty point, but you get 4 for CL group games I think.

 

So build up your points and get online as soon as you're eligible to buy - details will be on the website as to when they go on sale to which members.

 

It's not easy seeing the Champions!

7 am online - don't know about when the box office opens for phone sales but I suspect they may be sold out before it does!

I believe theres a certain allocation that is witheld for the box office, but from what I recall its fairly small

I was online from 06:45 this morning had to wait in a queue for around 10-15 mins just to log into the ticket website. Managed to get a ticket though. Looked about 45 mins later and it had sold out!

That's about par for the course.
