December 14, 201510 yr Hello Dear Blues! Been a member of the forum for a very long time but I've hardly ever started a thread so this is a new experience. I'll get straight to the point. I've never been near London or even England ever in my life so I've no idea how Chelsea goes on about marketing itself to the fans. I get all our social media campaigns as I follow our social handles etc but on the ground, I've no idea what all we do. What have been some of the most memorable campaigns Chelsea FC have rolled out? What's your personal favorite? I wont be surprised to know that, apart from charitable activities and in-stadium promotions, we dont really engage in any promotion. A club of Chelsea's stature hardly requires to sell itself the fans. But if there are any, do let me know.
December 14, 201510 yr I'm not sure they count as fan promotion, but the Adidas kit campaigns were rather elaborate, dunking our players in blue paint baths :-)
December 15, 201510 yr Author Yeah that was quite eye catching if nothing else. I'm sure there are elaborate jersey launches etc but I'm comparing to some of the cutting edge stuff that NFL does, for example. Like when they created American Football Day in London.
