Anybody had any experience in getting money back paid via PayPal, in a charge back sort of way?

I've paid for something (not eBay) and haven't received it, it's an online subscription thing, having no luck with the support of the product in getting it sorted so want to charge it back to them.

Is it a straightforward process or a ballache?

I've had refunds from Paypal/Ebay before when something didn't arrive and I don't remember it being much of a hassle.

Its very very straight forward, report a case and paypal will sort it within a day or two, they always side with the customer
