considering the fa like to fine us every 3 or 4 weeks for "failure to control the players", will they now fine man utd seeing as though they did exactly the same thing as chelsea? or is it a rule only used against chelsea.

I'm afraid it's only a rule used against Chelsea. When we surround the ref it's "failure to control players", when other teams do it it's "orderly discussions with referee" icon_rolleyes.gif
