Reading Saturdays' Times.

While reading the article about Crouch joining Pompey I saw a quote from Harry R saying that he had spoken to Avram recently who had said that had he stayed at Chelsea he was considering taking Crouch to the Bridge.

I know Crouchy's parents are season ticket holders BUT... Crouch at Chelsea!!!!

would have been a useful "option" (i.e. fourth choice), but he wanted to leave liverpool for regular football, so the answer is no.

I like him though, and wish him well at portsmouth, which should be a good move.
