Ok its the NOW - no better than him really

Rooney can clearly be a real arsehole sometimes, but I think he's gotten alot better in recent years to be totally fair.

Everytime I see him commit a hard foul on the pitch, or is on the recieving end, he almost always goes to shake hands or make ammends after the fact. Same goes for confrontations as I see him play peacemaker more often than getting in people's faces. Saves his best abuse for the refs these days, but I wont say anything for the sake of glass houses and all that.

He's come a long way from tossing memorial armbands on the pitch in disgust.

I heard you can get some pretty good odds on this guy being straight.
