Chelsea to sign a 12 year old?

The Blues' France-based scout Guy Hillion confirmed reports but stressed that it will not be a conventional transfer, but rather a conscious decision by the player's family to have their son grow up in London and continue his football development at Chelsea.

"That is not a transfer, as the rules forbid it," Hillion told the Daily Express about the standout from junior side ASPTT.

"Chelsea took him because he has the talent to play at the highest level. He's an excellent number 10."

Boga's father currently works in London which was a huge factor in the decision, according to Hillion.

"We couldn't have signed Jeremy if Mr Boga hadn't been in London," said the scout.

Irrespective of the circumstances, UEFA president Michel Platini is bound to be steaming.

Call him up to the first team... he's probably better than Anelka.

If he was going to Arsenal Wenger would say: "He has skill but he is not that young anymore. Non the less he will play tomorrow."

I am sure he would slip in the phrase 'lots of quality' lol If I had a quid for everytime he said quality I would be a rich man.
