I think he's very suited for the box-to-box role. He's complete as a midfielder, got skills, runs for 90mins and continues to chase his direct opponents. He just needs to show what he can do in an attack. I have seen it from him when he was playing with Vitesse, but he seems to be holding back at Chelsea.

Me too, he was the main man on that midfield. Great play for such a young player. He almost kept Isco and Ozil under control single-handedly. He can play an excellent DM-game, but also support the attack with his technique and passing. Great prospect, José should just throw him in from the start and see where it ends. Despite his age!
