  1. Wonderful performance by Hazard, clearly MOTM. Fab all class as per us usual.
  2. My personal preference is very much against this practice however, given Manchester City's actions, the horse may have bolted in this case. It will be interesting to see how successful they are, if other clubs follow their lead and if things don't go according to plan will they cut-and-run and leave these new clubs' supporters hanging.
  3. PM me your PS4 ID if you'd like to play some FIFA!
  4. Great article, thanks for sharing. Supporters throughout the generations, attending matches at our wonderful stadium, are what make this club great. I can't wait to make it to stamford bridge myself.
  5. What are everyone's thoughts regarding Chelsea purchasing smaller foreign clubs to loan players to where Chelsea can ensure the loaned players play the 'Chelsea' way? Manchester City have recently purchased a Melbourne and New York Club. It's too early to gauge success but its appears a relatively cost effective development tool when compared to the amount spent on academies and the like. This is particularly personal for me as Manchester City purchased the local team I support, Melbourne Heart (now known as Melbourne City), which has certainly provided many benefits for my team but it is hard to swallow supporting a team owned by Manchester City. I think it's a great way to attract global supporters. Could we see Chelsea purchasing an MLS OR A-League club in the future?
  6. Drogba - nothing more to say Robben - star of the game Duff - was an integral part in lifting Chelsea to the top echelon of EPL teams All three players lifted in big games against big teams. Cannot ask for anything more than that.
  7. The 08/09 kit is still my favourite. The current home kit is immediately identifiable as Chelsea, whether that's to do with the fact we've all become accustomed to Samsung sitting on the front of our Jersey or, the jersey maintains the Chelsea traditions. The 15/16 kit doesn't feel the same, I think it has something to do with the red stripes. Either way they'll br getting my dollars once again. I have a Jersey from every year since 05.
  8. Hello I just became a part of 'The Shed End' family and couldn't find a way to introduce myself... so i decided to create a thread. Perhaps this thread could be used in the future for other new signings to introduce themselves? I'm from Melbourne Australia, I have supported Chelsea for the past 20 years from a distance. My support for Chelsea begun when my older cousin, who moved to London to work as a cook, sent me a chelsea jersey for Christmas (a few years later he sent me a jersey signed 'G'day mate Robert Di Matteo', my cousin asked him to sign it for me after he ate at the restaurant he was working at. Even from a far the Chelsea F.C has provided me with may highs and lows but all-in-all I feel very lucky to support such a great club. After all these years I'm finally making the move to London to watch the team I love play in the flesh. I've just got my visa appeared and will be living in London for the next two years as of mid Janurary. I know very few people over there so it would be great if anyone would like to attend games with me or watch some games from the pub. Unfortunately attending games for the remainder of this season will be difficult (True Blue Memberships are no longer available, so I will battling it out with General Admission, I can't believe they stop selling memberships I understand even with a membership it would still be difficult to get tickets). So I will be travelling far and wide for the remainder of this season to see as many matches as possible, hopefully having a membership for the 2015-2016 membership will allow me to attend most matches at Stamford bridge. Looking forward to getting involved on this forum aswell. Once again please PM me if you'd like some company at your local. Carn the Blues
