Spot on, If I may add to that, buyer strikes is easy as this is a postion with an abundance of quaity players from around the world. Buying and finding CB is something totally different. To win the champions league I do not think CB are that bigger deal but to get there you have to get into the top 4 in the premiership, you are not going to do this without quality CB.

I listen to the chiefs on the radio, NFL is fine to listen to via Radio, most of it is just faffing around so you do not really need to watch it. NFL.com have full highlights of every game as well.

I am seriously considering moving back to London, I left just as Roman came, I think the next few years are going to be wonderful...f*** me I don't want to miss it as I did the Jose years, although I get every game on TV, it just isn't the same as going to the bridge, the before, the game itself and the after. I think what is most impressive is where the goals are coming from, to have a left back, midfield and striker score shows that we have quality players who are playing well all over the park. Quality performance, let us Hope we can feel the same about England's performances these two weeks.

the more I watch Deco's goal the better it becomes, that ball had to hit the post to get round the keeper. Has anyone else notcied the way Deco gets the ball and pushes it in front of him a metre give or take and runs on to it, it is a great little piece of skill he has. He seems to use it to beat slow players, instead of outpacing them running with the ball he pushes it on a bit and runs past them.

I think the regime has already been put into action, rarely have I seen a team fitter or run as much then I did last night. Ballack, Deco, Lamps and Essien look like a quad of robots, never borke a sweat.

I would like to add that I thought the away support was amazing, well done to them for clearly out singing the home fans, well done for the players for doing it on the pitch for the fans who travelled so far. Deco for me, with Lamps, A.Cole and Bosi close behind. Everyone played well apart from kalou, aimless runs and no vision whatsoever.

That is good news, the way the papers were going on about it you would have thought he lost a leg to a great white ! But jerksta plays on the left, essien in the hole still leaves the right open, for who though whilst Joey Cole is injured, Ballack, Deco or Kalou ?

The reason I want Essien back there is to allow Kalou to get a good few game whilst zhikov and Joey boy are out. We have never really seen him get a good stretch in a starting position or have we ? my memory is crap. He is definitely showed some brightness in the pre season, I feel now would be the time to give him a shot, it really is now or never with Kalou this season.
