Cesar reacted to Zinc in The John Terry Appreciation ThreadHarsh truths.

Willian is one of our most underrated players. Obviously, he has his flaws but he's one of the few guys whose form is consistent nearly every week.
One thing that separates him from the likes of Hazard is his heart. Even when things aren't looking good, he'd still try his best to contribute to our team play.
The effort he put in every week is what impressed me the most about him and I'm delighted that he's being rewarded with goals and assists this season for that.
At this rate, he's a shoe-in for our POTY. Here's hoping there's more to come from him.
Thank you for paying for his flight, Spurs.

Cesar reacted to Zinc in Zouma - If Kurt's Happy, I'm Happy!A composed and mature performance by Zouma last night.
He should play as a CB from now on.
What a tackle by the way.

Cesar reacted to Zinc in Diego "the guv'nor" CostaHave to disagree on that. Every player'll have a dip in form somewhere in his career and Costa isn't an exception.
I still expect him to come good by mid-season or so, but that's also dependent on how much the team has improved by then.
The players behind him aren't helping with him enough, the service given to him have been pretty atrocious at times. Of course, we can't entirely fault them, Costa also has a big part in this barren spell.
Perhaps a goal tomorrow can boost his confidence. One can only hope.

Cesar reacted to Zinc in Following our ex`s...Bobby Campbell passed away at the age of 78 yesterday.
I wasn't around when he was our manager, but my uncle said he played a big part in securing our promotion to the old First Division back in the late 80s.
In any case, it's always sad to hear the news of someone's passing, especially someone who was part of our history.
Rest in peace, Mr. Campbell.

Cesar reacted to Zinc in Didier Drogba Returns! Some new and interesting extracts from Didier's new autobiography.

Oh, Mata, you'll always bleed blue. I'll never forget that corner kick he took to set up our equaliser.
Loved what Didier, Frank and Luiz did by the way. It might seem insignificant at first, but it somehow contributed to our victory.
The belief and passion shown by our players that night were amazing, these attributes are almost non-existent in some of our players right now.
Just for laughs.

Cesar reacted to Zinc in Didier Drogba Returns!I hope he comes back as a youth coach.
I'm sure he'll be a great influence on the young lads.

Cesar reacted to Zinc in The Chronicles of Brendan 'Cringe Worthy' RodgersBrendy doing what he does best again.
Today's topic is how Sturridge's injury cost them a CL spot and a trophy last season.
Never knew this team of "characters" was a one-man team all along.

Cesar reacted to Zinc in Ruben Loftus-CheekI felt that the sub at halftime was necessary. Villa were a goal down and were bound to play with more pace and aggression in the second half.
Playing RLC in the second half may invite some unwanted pressure at some dangerous areas as he isn't as adept as Matic to shield the back four. Without Matic, Cesc may not have made that pass to Diego for the second goal and Ramires may get booked or even sent off as both of them would have more defensive responsibilities.
Having said that, I have to applaud RLC for his first half display. He was one of the better performing players then and I'm particularly impressed with the maturity that he had shown.
Hopefully we'll continue to witness the rise of RLC here!

Cesar reacted to Zinc in Eden Hazard - Chelsea LegendNo player is bigger than the team. It's played with eleven men for a reason.
I'm fine with Jose doing this, this'll more likely motivate him to improve his performance right now.
-
Cesar reacted to Zinc in Eden Hazard - Chelsea LegendI think it's more of a matter of bad form rather than the pressure of tracking back. As others have pointed out, he was the POTY last season and has shown that he has no problem excelling upfront while going back to help his teammates.
Well, hopefully he can find his form and re-establish his place in the first eleven soon.

Cesar reacted to Zinc in Cesc FabregasHe seems to have lost that belly fat.
Now all he needs is his magic hat.

Cesar reacted to Zinc in Didier Drogba Returns!Great goal, the keeper had no chance. And that's his ninth in nine games.
I'm delighted to see him succeed there.

No more talks of "Character" and "As I said..."?
Sad day for English football.
-
Cesar reacted to Zinc in The Chronicles of Brendan 'Cringe Worthy' RodgersNah, they are not getting Klopp.
It's too obvious, everyone.
The next manager of Liverpool is the one and only Dick Advocaat.
-
Cesar reacted to Zinc in The Chronicles of Brendan 'Cringe Worthy' RodgersThat's so true. The self-entitlement that all English sides (generally) have is an insult to their European counterparts.
Keep having that same sense of entitlement and we will lose that 4th CL spot soon.
-
Cesar reacted to Zinc in Didier Drogba Returns!Love the man. Wish we could score more freekick goals like the first.
