City vs City I reckon. Bound to be an easy draw for those lucky Mancs. We were awful second half and I knew they would equalise but Moratas goal was so quick it must have broken Bournemouth fans hearts. We need to play better than we did tonight.

It should have been 4 or 5 nil. Only the post and the brilliant Foster kept the scoreline down. We were good but Southampton were harder to play than Huddersfield. Alonso free kick was a work of art. All in all a good day at the office. Come On West Brom !!!

No, he's not a weak link for us. Moses and Alonso are very important for our shape. The problem is that Alonso hasn't got cover, so he plays nearly every game and he's completely knackered. We need cover for him in the January window and two strikers. The club f*cked up in the summer during the transfer window and our squad is very thin to challenge on all fronts, in comparison to Man City, Man Utd or Arsenal.

No Cahill, no Fabregas and no Morata and we play much better. Some of the football was beautiful to watch but Huddersfield were shocking tactically. They were set up with 4 at the back, 5 in midfield and one upfront. They didn't press, which allowed us to play our game and we were all over them. They thought weight of numbers at the back would be enough but it most certainly wasn't. Bakayoko had a good game as did everyone. The blot on the landscape was tinkering with the defense by Conte at the end of the match. We conceded and could have kept a clean sheet. Batman must be on his way in January. Not playing him to start was a kick in the face. We didn't play Cesc against Stoke and we won 4-0. Maybe something for Conte to ponder. Happy with the 3 points and we need Bournemouth to do us a favour tonight. Southampton at the weekend and they will pose a bigger threat. We must take second in the Prem. Citeh have won it already. SHAME.

Man City, Man Utd and Liverpool get easy draws in CL. Spurs and and Chelsea get tough ones. I think they want Man City to win it this season hence the easy bloody draws.

Another nightmare in the making. CITEH have won the title before Xmas. Conte has conceded, so U don't know how motivated we will be. It's going to be freezing up in Yorkshire and Huddersfield will be up for turning us over. So many crap performances against West Ham, it was comical. Batman should be given the nod. Morata misses so many opportunities it's criminal. He loses the ball too and gets brushed off the ball far too easily for my liking. Winning must be a priority but I'm not confident we will do that. Bakayoko could be the weak link here. I dread the worst when I see his name in the starting lineup. Gives too many goals away. Let's hope he bucks his ideas up today.

I was impressed with West Ham against CITEH. They defended well and only two slips of concentration let them down. We must hope Man Utd beat CITEH and we take all 3 points against West Ham. It's not going to be easy. Let's hope we can do it. COME ON YOU BLUES !!!

Babayoko at fault for the goal yet again. Why didn't Conte play Drinkwater? We should have won that match and Morata and Willian's finishing was woeful. We will find out our opponents on Monday in the next round. I'm betting we get PSG or Barca. Good performance but poor finishing.

Atletico have to win tonight and hope that Roma drop points against Carrier Bag. This won't be easy. Atletico have only lost one match in 20 something games and that was against us. Alot of people on this thread got the Swansea match completely wrong. It certainly wasn't easy and Alfie Mawson and the Swansea defense were magnificent. They coped with everything we threw at them. I daresay Benitez watched that match and will use the same tactics. This is going to be difficiult I reckon. If we can nick that first goal then they will have to open up. Let's hope we can do it. Well, we got the 3 points but the display left a lot to be desired. We lacked a cutting edge and flair. Plenty of possession but little to show for it. Morata looks flimsy against tough central defenders and needs to be more agressive. We aren't scoring enough goals this season and the two man midfield with Fabregas just doesn't work. Kante is rushed off his feet and we need Drinkwater as support. We have a run of games where we can take a lot of points so let's make the most of it. Man City;s luck will eventually run out and boy have they had some luck. The ref last night was yet again shocking. I despair of the quality of Premiership referees. Newcastle next and we need another 3 points. Benitez will park the bus I reckon. The CL and second i the Premiership should be our priorities. COME ON YOU BLUES !!!
