Mourinho was never a long term option. As Drogba said some players get fed up of his constant nagging i.e. Hazard, Ronaldo. As Capello said his style is too demanding and players will get worn out in 2nd season...only Willian is suited to it in this current team! Ferguson, Ancelotti and the likes build dynasties, bring through the youth...its a completely different skill set. Plus Mourinhos body language from the start has been crap. He sacked the doctor who all the players loved, their still not over it. Hes ripped into the players many times...what do you expect. He was never a long term option..And he will get Chelsea relegated if he stays!

This is what happens when Fabregas isnt in the team. Other midfields walk past fabregas..thats why other teams get so many chances. Having ramires and oscar..weve got legs..pressure from everywhere. It works, modern day football demands it. This is the way to build confidence, then the football will come. But you need solid players in there first. And I do think its taken 3 months for these players to get fully match fit. Massive oversight in preseason. Wont be making that mistake again I assure you.

Spot the difference: Hazard, willian, oscar, fabregas, matic, pedro, costa Kalou, malouda, anelka, lampard, ballack, essien, drogba One set was full of goals, every player could score from open play from anywhere and in anyway i.e. long shots, headers etc. The other set, the one playing now reminds me of the arsenal of few years ago, weak and no ability to actually score!
