nope i have thought along these lines for a few years and am quite happy to be proved wrong. although this season was hard to watch at times :(

for me and many others its the way he runs the club that is the issue not the amount of money he spends. the lack of a long term plan is odd. he wants attacking footy yet keeps hiring defensive coaches and then usurping their wishes. its getting worse year on year so for me his time is done :)

we are two years or so away from losing all the European players who will then be classed as foreign instead of homegrown. we will then be down to three foreign players per team as premier league rules require 8 homegrown. but hey lets not let brexit get in the way of a good story :D

spuds and pool both had a 40 goal player this season. if we had a 40 or even a 30 goal player we would have been top 4 .

Hazard is not really a team player and does little or nothing defensively unlike the other two u mention but consistency is needed all around before a flair player should be tolerated: we don't have that. for me we have three or 4 consistent players Rudi, Dave, Kante, and maybe Alonso. if backa and morata Step up it would be nice. but that leaves us needing a keeper that does not continually play our backs into trouble, a Christansen that can do a whole season and upgrade on the right ( will it be dave in a 433? which is Sarri's preferred system) that leaves us needing 3 more and i would hope that we could do that from the youths( perhaps I'm delusional?) but i would love to see us going for it rather than sitting back and hoping. Willian was superb when he played against us for Shaktar for me is a case of the Chris Sutton's... good player in the wrong team. Morata is in his first season so is excused as is Baka but he ( baka) had better step it up bit time next season if he stays. Moratta is allegedly about to sign for Juve and is in Italy right now so watch this space

I often think Hazard plays for himself and not Chelsea you mean like that goal away at Barca? still love watching that one

who is comparing? it just shows there is more than one way to build a winning football team :) and that the loss of Hazard or anyone else would not see us heading back to the second tier

Lamps was far more consistent, scored a lot more, but lacked the flair of Hazard. He contributed far more to the team than Hazard has ever done in my opinion.

some of us have supported CFC for over 50 years and are not in for a shock at all ;)

so we have never won a game when Hazard does not play? He along with the other Belgian idiot need to be shown that they do not run Chelsea Football Club!

i would be quite happy to see hazard go for the right price but abroad only. he is far to inconsistent. i would sacrifice a little of his flair for more consistency :)
