    Nkuku and Gusto have made a big difference so far. Nukuku just has a presence about him.

    Long time lurker. This team really has no team ethic ATM. Something is very wrong.  The culture has to improve all the way through the club. There have been glimpses of what is possible (4/4 City game) but far to much one goal kills the team spirit and fight. The confidence is so low with many players. Potch has a big job on his hands to get some sort of team ethic.

    Remove Poch the problem remains and it starts from the owners and sporting directors who thought a team of kids were the answer
