Ivaforever reacted to Bob stark in Mason MountI just don't get it.
As @dkwsaid Mount has not had a good season so far but yesterday I thought he was excellent. If you want to see a struggling 8 just watch kova. It was like watching headless chicken.

Ivaforever reacted to dkw in Mason MountI've said it before but there's a weird dislike of Mount mainly by foreign fans, often Yanks. The hate he gets is pathetic and embarrassing at times, by all means point out he had a poor game (which I`m not sure I agree with about last night, but he has struggled this season) but this doesn't mean he didn't deserve the player of the year awards from the last 2 years. That's just utterly moronic reasoning.

Ivaforever reacted to JMaher94 in Graham Potter (Now Sacked ) - *Official* New (Now Old) Chelsea ManagerTuchel is a superior tactician, he's probably in the top 3 in the world. I also think Tuchel is the best knockout manager on the planet.
However, in league form, he's not been too great for us as I dont think he sets the team up to be competetive enough against the smaller sides. I trust him to beat Madrid, PSG and Liverpool yet don't to beat Wolves, Southampton or Fulham.
Can't compare Potter to Hodgson, that is beyond unfair. I've seen Potter's Brighton outplay us, Spurs, Pool, United and Arsenal on multiple ocassions. He is a top coach, it's just whether he can handle the big club atmosphere.

Good football, multiple systems and create a lot of chances. Top manager. If he had a different name with a better coat and came from La Liga, people would rave about him more.
Also a little anecdote. We've played Brighton 3 times under Tuchel and they have outplayed us on every occassion. They should have won both games at the Bridge but a healthy margin as well.
Only concern is how he will do at a big club (with all respect to Brightom whom I like) and managing those ridiculous egos.
