Despite the win I just felt frustrated with our play throughout...

Good start by us... and added to it with the goal by Terry... then it was all Blackpool after that.. we lack a bit of steel at the back and don't seem to be able to dominate the midfield to create chances... all a bit frustrating at times...

Christ almighty... all that piss balling about on the wing and they should have just pumped it in the box with the seconds dying away... we ain't bloody Arsenal...

I reckon if nothing has changed after 15 minutes of the second half gone then drop Drogba and bring on Anelka and take out Frank and slot young McEachran in there...

I was wondering if it would be better for us to get another before half time and then have Blackpool close up shop in a damage limitation exercise or hope that they carry on going all out attack in the second half so that we can get another 1 or 2... He says hopefully....

Credit to Blackpool bringing the game to us... We need some composure at the back...

Is it me or Essien going a bit soft... I agree there was a bit of a follow through on the tackle but he would normally have rolled over a bit then got straight up from a tackle like that.. on another note Mike Dean always reminds me of Jasper Carrot when ever I see him... he can be a bit of a comedian at times.. GOAAALLLL!!!! Terry... get in... that should open the game up a bit..

Good strong line up for us.. I would hope that tonight will be the night for Torres to score and let's hope Drogba is up for this one.. I doubt that Blackpool are going to sit back at home and if they are too adventurous then it might leave loads of space at the back for some decent attacking runs.... A decent solid performance would do me... and the win of course..
