Would love to see this team play from the start. Give Anelka and essien they shock they need to perform by dropping them, and give they young lads a chance, with plenty of experience on the field and the bench. Perfect. Depending on how things are going id like to see more of PVA as well.

Who could replace Carlo
I realize this. I honestly do not want Carlo to leave.
-
Who could replace Carlo
IM NOT SAYING TO SACK CARLO! I have already apologised once for trying to explain this, but here goes once more. I wanted to discuss what managerial options could be our next manager. Carlo wont be here forever. But, talking about the next manager, isnt the same as not backing the current one. I want Carlo to be here for as long as he wants to be, hes undoubtedly a great coach. I wanted this to be more about discussing up and coming/ other managers, IN THE EVENT OF HIS LEAVING, which will hopefully not be for a few years yet. Maybe im mad!

Ok, I apologise.

Who could replace Carlo
The point of this thread isn't to discuss Ancelotti. Its is to discuss possible future replacements. Ill get the ball rolling seen as tho nobody else seems to get it. Pep Guardiola. Good enough to manage in England, away from Barcelona?

Who could replace Carlo
FFS. Im not blaming Carlo! I want Carlo to stay. I just wanted to know who people think could be our next manager IF Carlo is sacked or resigns!
-
Carlo's discussions with Clement.
Agree completely with that. But too much change in the lineups will be too dirsruptive. Drop anelka for sturridge from todays lineup for me.

Who could replace Carlo
"Is there a support Carlo and the Chelsea team option?" Of course. Im not saying he should be sacked. Im just asking for opinions on who could come come in if he resigns (he looked properly miserable at times today) or if he is fired. I think its something to be discussed.

Who could replace Carlo
What are the replacement options. Who would you want and why.
-
Carlo's discussions with Clement.
"The thing that I find interesting is this: If Emenedaninho is meant to be his new "Wilkins" then why is Clements sitting next to Carlo?" Odd isnt it? Emenaliho is providing nothing there so far.

Mikel out for a month?
And how did having essien playing contribute to our goals? Mikel would of contributed as much offensively and might not have conceded that penalty.
-
Carlo's discussions with Clement.
Carlo turned to talk to Clement today and i didnt see Clement saying anything back. Clement looked scared to me. Nothing like Carlo and Rays dynamic. Theres problem there imho. Anyone else seeing this?

Logical Analysis of Our Loss of Form
Bad selection of paulo at centre back led to a loss against sunderland. From there, wev missed lampard massively, and ray leaving has obviously affected us. Our front three have been very poor, and wev looked slack in defence. Wev been poor in the first half in the last few games, not motivated enough, or confident enough.

Mikel out for a month?
Missed mikel today imho. Essien was poor for most of the game, mikel clinical passing would of helped alot.
