Started going to Chelsea in 83 - 84 season first game 6-0 win over Newcastle ( div 2 ) 2 pound entrance think next season went up to 2-50 the extra 50 was for save the bridge fund Used to drive through our small cotswold market town on a saturday morning and pick up various mates some who came spur of the moment ( no tickets , f**k all ) drive to fulham road park up in side street 3 -4 pubs 8 + pints pay on door drive home ! Couple of the lads who used to jump in ( spur of moment one gooner & one whufc ) are still going to Chelsea 29 years later with 2 Champions Leauge finals under their belts and various wembley/ cardiff cup finals not to mention Premership winning seasons ! Happy Days !
